Jaco Kriel appointed as Chief Operating Officer

Global Telecommunications Solution Provider Switch Connect has announced the appointment of Jaco Kriel as Chief Operating Officer

Jaco has been with us for a year and started as Service Delivery Manager. He has over 25 years’ of experience in the Telecommunications sector, having served in multiple service delivery and customer support leadership positions.

In his new role, Jaco will be responsible for driving support across the global organisation as Switch Connect expands into new global markets and segments, assisting Telecommunication Carriers and Managed Services partners in expanding the voice offerings with Cloud UCaaS offerings.
